COVID-19 Safety Action Plan
Seasons Outdoors has remained committed to your health and safety and the health and safety of our employees for the duration of the Coronavirus pandemic. In line with the general guidelines from WorkSafe BC and those proposed for retailer, we wanted to make sure that all our customers are aware of the measure we have in place to protect our staff and to protect you.
Social Distancing Protocols
We are working fast and furiously to get everything up and online so you can shop form the safety and comfort of your own home. If you are looking for something in particular that we may not have online quite yet, please give us a call and we’d be happy to assist you.
We offer in store pick up as well as local delivery for certain products.
Store Occupancy Limits
We are restricting the store to no more than 5 customers at a time.
Once inside we require all staff and customers to wear a mask.
These measures ensure that our stores do not reach maximum occupancy while also allowing our staff to ensure that a safe distance is maintained from other staff and customers at all times. Please bear with us while we navigate the store around other individuals.
Increased Hygiene & Safety Measures
There is hand sanitizer available to all of our customers upon entry into the store, as well as placed throughout the store. Please use it! We also have disposable masks available for all customers at the front of the store when you enter if you happen to have forgotten yours.
Again, we require all customers and staff to wear a face mask while inside the store. We just want to make sure we are keeping everyone safe.
We’ve purchased sanitation supplies and are making sure to regularly wipe down high-touch areas. Any touchpoints on bikes that are shown to customers during their visit are also being sanitised.
You are welcome to try on clothing, however we encourage you to try on only what you intend to purchase.
We are accepting cash, credit and debit cards at this time. However, we do encourage paying by card when possible.
If you are feeling unwell or have been in contact with someone exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19.
We’re all in this together and want to make sure our staff and customers can continue to shop and work in a safe environment. Our processes and procedure are highly visible throughout the store and feel free to ask if you have any questions.
If you need to cancel or change an appointment because you are feeling unwell, please call us so we can reschedule.
Lastly, thank you for your patience over the past few months and into the holidays as we navigate the changes that are necessary to keep everyone healthy and safe.
